Grace Community Church and Wilton Kiwanis Foundation Partners to support Bridgeport Rescue Mission

During the month of May, generous supporters of Bridgeport Rescue is running a "matching challenge".  Grace Community Church and Wilton Kiwanis Foundation have partnered with Bridgeport Rescue Mission for the past 10 years by hosting an annual to support Bridgeport Rescue Mission.  Their support has steadily increased over the past 9 years and this year they will present a check on Friday, May 13th at 1:00 PM at 725 Park Ave. Fred Sindel and representatives from Grace Community Church and the Wilton Kiwanis Foundation will be in attendance.

Other supporters have donated match contributions to the mission totaling $100,000 which means the mission could receive up to $200,000 this month. When you donate $50 dollars it becomes $100 dollars, $100 dollars becomes $200 dollars and $150 dollars becomes $300 dollars until May 31st.  Through your donations, Bridgeport Rescue Mission helps our neighbors who are experiencing hunger, homelessness, and addiction recovery programs.

Anyone who would like to make a gift and have it doubled through the matching challenge can donate by Text BRM725 to 50155, online at www.BridgeportRescueMission.org or send a contribution to PO Box 9057, Bridgeport, CT, 06601. All gifts must be received online or postmarked by May 31 to meet the challenge. For more details on the mission, visit www.BridgeportRescueMission.org or call the mission at 203-333-4087.
