Western Connecticut Health Network will present a free health seminar on the Prevention and Management of Diabetes on Monday, November 27 at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA Meeting House, 404 Danbury Road in Wilton. The program takes place from 11 am to 12 pm featuring Nancy Held, MS, RD, CDE, Diabetes Nutrition Educator at Norwalk Hospital. Her presentation will focus on pre-diabetes and diabetes, prevention and management strategies.
