“Divorce is not easy, and we are proud to affiliate with WIFE.org to continue to provide this workshop. Divorce Resource CT / Second Saturday provides a great opportunity for people to acquire non-biased, straightforward information and options to help them focus on what they need to do legally, financially and emotionally through difficult times, and hopefully saves attendees time, grief and money.”

The workshop covers the legal, financial, family and personal issues of divorce in a logical, yet compassionate way. With the guidance of trained professionals, you will gain greater understanding of the divorce process in Connecticut.  This workshop is led by a family law attorney (Rosemarie Ferrante, Esq.), a financial professional (Hollis Nyden, CDFA) and a mental health professional (Michelle Adelman, M.S.Ed, LPC) and features Tesa Baum, holistic wellness practitioner providing tips on staying centered during the divorce process. The presenters will provide you with knowledge and resources that you need to inform, prepare and protect you and your family.  The cost to attend is $45 per person and pre-registration is recommended.

Divorce Resource CT is a subsidiary of Second Saturday. The Second Saturday Divorce Workshop program was founded in 1989 by the non-profit WIFE.org (the Women’s Institute for Financial Education).  Second Saturday has helped thousands of individuals navigate the divorce process, and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships and programs to help women become financially independent.
