Ancona's and Schoolhouse at Cannondale Team Up for Spring Wine Dinner Featuring Guest Celebrity Sommelier Jasmine Hirsch

Ancona's will kick off spring with a Wine Dinner at the award-winning Schoolhouse at Cannondale, 34 Cannon Road, Wilton) on Thursday, April 11 from 7 to 11:00 pm. Make your reservation here.

Guest Celebrity Sommelier Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsh Vineyards will be pouring a selection of her Pinot Noirs, which will be paired with an exquisite meal prepared by Chef and Schoolhouse at Cannondale owner, Tim LaBant.

"Jasmine’s father David has been making Pinot Noir on the Sonoma Coast since 1978 and Hirsch is the gold standard for California Pinot Noir," says Ancona's Wine Director, Codey Foster. "While we’ve had the pleasure over the years to host many special guests within the winemaking community, this visit is a distinct honor. Hirsch Vineyards is iconic," he adds.

And as far as The Schoohouse at Cannondale Foster says, "Tim Labant and his crew are on fire. The food is always impeccable. This is certainly one of my favorite spots around."
