Enjoy an exquisite farm to table meal cooked by Chef Geoff Lazlo at Millstone Farm in Wilton and support Trout Unlimited on Friday, September 20 from 6 to 10 pm
Chef Geoff Lazlo will create a menu based on what is being harvested at Millstone Farm this week! This hyper-local seasonal meal will benefit Trout Unlimited, a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping rivers and streams clean for a better environment and healthy fish. The menu will also feature Trout and Salmon that has been caught in sustainable fisheries in North America.
Dinner begins with passed canapes, a seasonal fruit-based cocktail with herbs from the farm and a farm tour. The three course dinner will include a plated appetizer, family style entree that features a wood oven-roasted protein and two sides. A plated dessert will show off late summer stone fruit. Dinners are BYOB, perfect for wine enthusiasts looking for the right opportunity to break out that 'special' bottle.
