 "Her-Self Awareness Lecture" given by Donna Cimarelli, CEO/Founder of The Maren Sanchez Home Foundation on October 10 at 7 p.m at the Wilton Library.

Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force: Her-Self Awareness Lecture, 7 – 8:30 p.m. This presentation, “Her-Self Awareness Lecture” trains young people on how to use situational awareness to identify pre-incident indicators that can result in dangerous situations. The presentation also provides strategies on how to be an informed and active bystander to thwart what could potentially be a dangerous situation.

The goal is to teach young women and girls how to trust and follow their instincts and pay attention to that gut feeling. The speaker is Donna Cimarelli, CEO/co-founder of the Maren Sanchez Home Foundation. Maren Sanchez was the teenager killed in Milford, CT. Donna was her mother.
