So Many Decisions, So Little Time: Resources to Smooth the Path in Preparation for the End of Life Journey

Thursday, February 9 beginning at 7pm in Brubeck Room

Please join us for a community health education program called: So Many Decisions, So Little Time: Empowering You and Your Family - Resources to Smooth the Path in Preparation for the End of Life Journey. This important session will be educational and thought-provoking, helping to ready us and our families to manage the often difficult decisions at end of life. Presenters include: Lori Pace, LCSW, Waveny Visiting Nurse and Hospice, and Kenn Devane of Minetech.

Lori Pace has over 20 years of experience working in hospice as a hospice social worker and has had the privilege of working at Waveny Visiting Nurse and Hospice for the past year. She also enjoys having a small private therapy practice and has led bereavement support groups in the local community.

Kenn Devane has been working with the Diocese of Bridgeport as a client of his business Minetech for nearly 10 years. Kenn will discuss simple strategies to help you make final arrangements now, relieving stress on your families later. In the process, he will help take the mystery out of end-of-life pre-planning.
