Nod Hill Brewery, located at 157 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield, announced that they will be joining forces with Jeff Taibe this summer, who’ll be operating a permanent on-site food truck at their Biergarten! In addition, Nod Hill will continue to host rotating trucks on weekends.
Jeff and his partner Steph Sweeney are the owners of Taproot, located at 269 Greenwood Ave. in Bethel.

Jeff is one of our favorite local chefs, an incredibly talented human who is responsible for some of the most creative, delicious meals we’ve ever had. We’ve collaborated with him and his partner Steph on beer dinners at their restaurant Taproot and hosted his On the Fly food truck at the brewery frequently over the past few years. We’re excited to make a home for that same truck at our new Biergarten, where we’ll be able work with Jeff on creating an ever-evolving menu finely tuned to pair with our beers, hosting special events, and working to constantly improve the service experience for our patrons!"
We have been fortunate to work with some amazing food trucks over the years, and we’re excited to continue hosting them as well. The current plan is to have an additional truck on-site each Saturday this summer, but we will add more days if volume dictates.
