My tasting notes: After decanting for a couple hours, subtle touches of spice combine with a strong current of dark berries and red berry jam in the middle, with the acidity of raspberry and dark cherries on top. Paired best with oh-so-delicious Spanish Tapas, but you can also explore with fish, mushrooms, grilled meats and game. A wine that's evocative of time passed and history relived. Simply ENJOY.
