My tasting notes:
I'm partial to unoaked/lightly oaked chards- and this one is right up my alley. Oak is a whisper here. Pale golden color, medium body, well balanced. 1% Viognier accentuates the aromatics- super lovely bouquet. Pleasant minerality. Pair with pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna), and poultry. Alcohol 13%. A nice little gem.
