My tasting notes: Red apple and peach jump at me from the glass, continues with creaminess on the palate, baked apple, biscuit, pear. A salinity that transports me to the Mediterranean Sea. May very well be the most delicious Cava I've ever tasted. Bright, refreshing, elegant. Will be the perfect opening act to kick off Holiday fanfare. Pair with oysters or anything from the raw bar. Fried sardines.. yes please. Shellfish and lean fish, also great options. Most certainly one of a kind. Must try. Salud!
