Ambler Farm will host a Maple Sugaring Program for high school students from January 29 – March 26, 2022
at Ambler Farm Sugar Shack.
The cost is $100 per student
This unique program provides High School students with an opportunity to experience winter farming. Students will help collect sap on the farm and around the community, as well as run the evaporator in Ambler Farm’s Sugar Shack to make maple syrup. Lots of weekend opportunities to get involved as well as some weekday afternoons. There are no set times for this program as it is truly weather dependent. We collect sap only when it is running. We boil sap to make syrup when we have sap to boil. Attendance is flexible. Please email Stacey Valimont with any questions.
