Appraisal Fair in Wilton benefiting Drum Hill DAR on Sept. 14

Do you have an antique piece of jewelry, sports cards or knickknack that you’ve wondered the value of?  If so, come to the Appraisal Fair! The Drum Hill Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will be hosting an Appraisal Fair on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Old Town Hall, 2 Belden Hill Lane, Wilton, CT from 4:00-7:00pm. 

Admission is $30.00 per person.  This is an adult-only evening.  Complimentary Wine, Bubbly and Hors d’oeuvres will be served.  If you have items for appraisal, you may bring up to 3 items for an additional $25.00.  It is suggested for large items, a photo be taken. Bring the photo to the appraisal fair.

We have marvelous appraisers coming.  Jack DeStories of Fairfield Auction www.fairfieldauction.com. Cindy D. Herbert, AAA, President, Appretium Appraisal Services and President and Certified Member, Appraisers Association of America www.appretium.net; and Howard Robinson of Wilton Jewelers www.wiltonjewelers.com will be on hand to give a soft appraisal of your items.

The Drum Hill Chapter of the National Society of the  Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) serves Wilton, Ridgefield, Redding, and Weston. The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), founded in 1890 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a non-profit, non-political volunteer women’s service organization, dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and historical properties, and securing America’s future through better education for our children. The Drum Hill Chapter NSDAR also is involved in raising funds for local scholarships.
