This Rosé is 60% Syrah and 40% Carignan. The two are fermented in stainless steel, and the result is fruit forward yet dry, mineral and herb tinged and at 13.5% there's enough body and weight to quench some serious summer thirst.
My tasting notes: Gorgeous floral aromas on the nose including jasmines and rose petals and I'm in love. On the palate, fresh strawberries, sweet raspberries and white peach. Irresistibly refreshing, crisp, and oh so easy to drink. A touch of minerality graces its long, satisfying finish. Pair with rich fish like salmon or tuna, summer salads (watermelon, mint and feta cheese come right to mind), or on its own, on a hot summer evening, poolside, backyard or porch.. pure, delicious, JOY.
