Ridgefield Academy Offers Exciting Summer Program for Middle School Students

Ridgefield Academy Offers Exciting Summer Program for Middle School Students

Looking for something new for your Middle School student this summer? Look no further than Ridgefield Academy! RA is excited to announce its Explorer Programs designed especially for Middle School students in grades 5-8. These offerings are open to all members of the public, begin on June 18 and will run for six weeks.

RA’s Explorer Programs offer children the option to create their own schedule from a well-rounded variety of interesting programs geared to challenge the mind and body. Different workshops will be offered each week; one during the morning and one in the afternoon.  Children have the choice of staying for half day or full day depending on the workshops that are of interest to them. RA will provide something for every child’s imagination, including the ability to perfect soccer and lacrosse skills with the New York Red Bulls Soccer or Lone Wolf Lacrosse programs, performing in musical theater, engaging in coding, robotics and other STEM activities, exploring movie making, becoming a chef, experimenting with 3D design and printing or making a difference in the life of someone in need through a volunteer community service project are just a few of the many offerings available for this age group.  All Explorer Program workshops begin and 9am and conclude at 3:30 pm.
