Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story.

You're IT CT Fitness Lab!

Three questions with Paul Landi, owner of CT Fitness Lab.

Why did you start your business?

I wanted to offer the best strength and conditioning services for the elderly, people with chronic illnesses, cancer survivors, and people with significant orthopedic issues.

After 17 yrs of working with and around the best Physical Therapists in the northeast, I wanted to make a significant impact on my own with the Wilton community.

What is your best selling product or service?

Our most popular services are our group fitness classes.  People of all ages from 14 - 99 yrs old attend our classes at all hours of the day.  We make sure to challenge and progress each person appropriately.  We program our classes to be adjustable regardless of your physical ability and all aspects of strength, balance, flexibility and agility are addressed.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

Too many to count. We are a relationship and referral based entity.  We would be nothing without the support of our local patrons and surrounding businesses who trust us to work with their friends, family, and staff.

We have only been open since July of 2018 but we are pleased and excited to grow and continue to help our community stay healthy, fit and as injury free as possible.
