Wilton Y Announces New Hours and Adjusted Classes Beginning March 1!

Beginning MARCH 1st, the Wilton Family YMCA will operate with the following hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 5:30am - 8:30pm
  • Saturday: 6am - 4pm
  • Sunday 8am - 4pm

With these new hours, adjusted programming will be coming online. Updates can be found below.

Adjusted Group Fitness Offerings (In Person)

  • Cycling M/W/F, 9:30am: Moving to Studio 1
  • Cardio Combat with Tanya: Mon at 9:30am in Gymnasium
  • Balance Line and Strength: Wed moving to 9:30am
  • “Tabata Strength” with Tanya: Fri at 9:30am in Gymnasium
  • Body Pump with Tanya on Sat moves to 8am
  • Cycling with Norm moves to 9:15am
  • Zumba on Sun: Moving to 9am
  • Balance Line and Strength with Samantha: Added to Sun at 11am

Please note the following regulations regarding our Aquatic Programming:

Recreational Swim- “free play” for families:

Limited to 1 adult and 1 child that lives in the same household. For Reservations, please look at the Recreational Pool Schedule which is in the 25y pool. Limited to 1 reservation per day. Multiple reservations will be removed from the system to allow for the most participation.

Lap Swim:

1 swimmer per lane. For reservations, please look at the pool that you are interested in. Limited to 1 reservation per day. Multiple reservations will be removed from the system to allow for the most participation.
