Spring has sprung and the great outdoors are beckoning! Visit Weir Farm National Historic Park's outdoor visitor center Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm (restrooms are now open too).
Weir Farm wrote on Facebook, "Stop by and chat with the World's Greatest Rangers, grab a park map, or earn your Junior Ranger badge. You can also peek into the Young Studio and Weir Barn during those hours. Spring is springing, and its the perfect time for a visit to Weir Farm National Historical Park!"

Weir Farm National Historical Park, located at 735 Nod Hill Road in Wilton, was home to three generations of American artists. Julian Alden Weir, a leading figure in American art and the development of American Impressionism, acquired the farm in 1882. After Weir, the artistic legacy was continued by his daughter, painter Dorothy Weir Young and her husband, sculptor Mahonri Young, followed by New England artists Sperry and Doris Andrews. Today, the 60-acre park, which includes the Weir House, Weir and Young Studios, barns, gardens, and Weir Pond, is one of the nation's finest remaining landscapes of American art. Learn more here.
