You're IT TotalCare of Wilton & New Canaan!

Three questions with Carolyn Wheeler, president of TotalCare

Why did you start your business?

I was a builder and noticed there was a need for a residential property management company that could service all the needs of our clients after our warranties expired.

What is your best-selling product or service?

Our best-selling service is our annual property management program. We proactively schedule our client's maintenance needs, while also addressing any issues and emergencies that arise. We have a team of service providers to meet almost every need of a homeowner from landscaping, to HVAC service, to painting and more...

Have you "reimagined" your business?

We always have to adapt and work towards making the business even better! Right now, we are working on a new home maintenance/project tracking program and we have updated our billing to add more electronic options allowing for easier and faster payments. We are all about saving time and money for our clients so that they can simply enjoy their homes.
