Jack Lewis, owner of Wilton's College Creamery, an entirely student-run ice cream truck business, driving a restored and hand-painted 1977 Chevy, has announced that after seven years, his business is for sale.
"After 7 years of our family serving ice cream and shaved ice to all of our amazing customers in our community, we have decided to sell this growing and successful business. Built and grown by high school and college-aged students, this hasn't only served as a job for many, but an occupation that has taught the ins and outs of what it really takes to think and act like an entrepreneur. Not only does this business have 11 years of track record behind it, but it has 11 years of consistent growth leaving the next owners at a terrific starting point for their own adventure," Jack said.
