Wilton Town Center Toy Store Closes After Two Years Due To COVID Challenges

Wilton's Town Center Toys, located at 5 River Road, has announced that they will be closing their doors this Friday, July 30.

The toy store, independently owned by a Wilton family, opened two years ago and experienced the challenges that many small businesses did due to the pandemic. The store shared the below message on social media.

Being a small business startup during the pandemic has unfortunately become unsustainable for our store. We would like to thank all of our customers for shopping with us. Your support was an amazing gift.

It was so fun to be part of Wilton Town Center for these past two years.

Keep shopping local! Our small businesses are the heart of our community.

We will miss you, Town Center Toys. Thank you for all you have done for our community.
