My tasting notes: A total pleasure to drink. Very perfumed and expressive. Crushed cranberry and blackberry fruit with earthy notes. Smooth and silky structure, fine tannins balanced with fresh acidity. Beautiful pairings that come to mind are seared tuna, cornish hens, Thanksgiving Bird, duck or Asian dishes. A memorable wine indeed.
