Megan Abrahamsen opened the doors to Blue Star Bazaar in Wilton eight years ago today on November 9, 2013!
With humble beginnings inside a tiny, historical post office in Lambert Corner (just 270 square feet). "We moved to our current location on Route 7 in 2015 and the business has evolved along the way," says Megan. "I have loved the amazing women I’ve had the opportunity to work with. They bring a lot of laughter and kindness to me and our customers. They’ve become my extended family."
Blue Star Bazaar has become a local shopping destination for women, tweens, and kids selling an array of trendy clothing, accessories, and gifts, carefully curated.
And, Megan doesn't rest on her laurels when it comes to giving back to the community she calls home. "I’ve loved being part of special events for so many customers," she says.
