The historic Cannon Grange, a part of Wilton’s fabric since 1899, is the perfect setting to gather with the candidates for state and federal offices and fellow Wiltonians. Wilton’s own Toni Boucher (candidate for the 26th state senate seat) and Kim Healy (candidate for the new 42nd state house seat) will be among those in attendance.

Said Boucher, “There is an abundance of talent on the republican ticket this year at every level. I am sensing enthusiasm and excitement for our candidates across the state. People are frustrated with the intrusion of our government into their private lives and in their community. Decisions should be made at the local level as much as possible. People deserve a stronger voice in Hartford, and they are ready for a change. I am looking forward to gathering with our great candidates and meeting with so many fellow Wiltonians at the Grange on June 4th.”

“I am excited to be part of the Republican slate running to represent the new 42nd district in this year’s state election, said Healy. This event is a great opportunity for attendees to engage with our experienced and highly qualified candidates. I am personally looking forward to hearing from district residents about their thoughts and concerns on June 4th at the Grange. I am ready to be the responsible voice that will represent the local interests of our towns in Hartford."

Candidates in attendance will include (more will be added as we move past the nominating conventions in the coming days):

Bob Stefanowski for Governor

Laura Devlin for Lt. Governor

Harry Aurora for State Treasurer

Jessica Kordas for Attorney General

Toni Boucher for State Senator (26th)

Kim Healy for State Representative (42nd)

Candidates for US Senate, US House, and others to be announced after state conventions

WRTC Chairman Peter Wrampe said, “This is the best opportunity for Wiltonians and voters across Fairfield County and beyond to spend time with the amazing candidates on their way to victory this November. If you have any questions, please reach out to me at peter_wrampe@yahoo.com or 203-762-1270.”
