Wilton Police were notified by Pinnelis County, Florida law enforcement that Michelle Foley (45) was a wanted fugitive from the State of Florida for larceny charges. Foley had been residing in the Town of Wilton and was in the process of moving out of state to avoid capture.
On 03/23/2018 Foley went to the Wilton Post Office in an attempt to pick up her last mail and was taken into custody without incident. She was detained on a $250,000.00 bond and will be arraigned today at the Norwalk Superior Court on charges as a Fugitive of Justice. She will eventually be turned over to Florida authorities to face charges.
