Wilton Police arrest two people in connection with burglary of Gulf Station

Wilton Police Make Burglary Arrest 

Wilton Police have arrested Casey McAdams (36) of Derby, CT and Alicia Sheremeta (30) West Haven, CT for a December 2017 burglary of the Gulf Station at 387 Danbury Road.

During the early morning hours of 12/19/2017, Sheremetta drove McAdams to the Gulf Station in order to commit a burglary. McAdams forced entry into the store by breaking the glass door. Once inside he took cash and cigarettes. They both then left the area in Sheremetta's vehicle.

Both have been charged with Burglary in Third Degree, Larceny in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree. They also have conspiracy charges on all three charges.

They are both currently being held in the custody of the State of CT Department of Corrections on $50,000 bonds each.

This arrest will close out the burglary investigation at the Gulf Station.
