Wilton Police Department Detective Division is investigating larceny and pickpocket incident that took place at a local store. Police have not released that name of the store.
According to police, the incident occurred on May 2 when a male and female, both Hispanic, distracted a female shopper and managed to take her wallet from her purse that was in her shopping cart.
Police report that the credit cards were later used at a Walmart store to purchase over $900 in electronics.
