The community is invited to join members of the Wilton Police Department in Wilton Library Brubeck Room on Wednesday, March 15 beginning at 1 pm for the promotions of Lieutenant Phillipson to Captain, Sergeant Anna Tornello to Lieutenant, and Officer Jonathan Patry to Sergeant.
