Come see the artwork of Kate Gorham of The Golden Button at the Woodbury Library this month! "Animals in Scarves" will be in the gallery for the month of December with a meet and greet artist reception with Kate on Sunday, December 14 from 2 – 4 p.m.
In this collection, Kate has created a series of brightly colored acrylic paintings where these animals wear scarves. You will find animals where they do not belong, eating things that they would not eat, dressed in clothing they would not wear, in climates they would not live in. This series is a fun colorful look at a fanciful world where animals may wear scarves. These pieces create a series of fun worlds with strange stories.
