Voters will have their chance to weigh in on the municipal budget for Woodbury at two rescheduled events -- first at the annual Budget Town Meeting on July 20 and then vote at the referendum on July 28.
The budget is at $9.6 million for the town of Woodbury. The annual budget referendum originally set for June 30 had to be rescheduled due to the failure of the Woodbury Town Clerk to publish a proper notice in the newspaper prior to the vote.
The Special Town Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. July 20 at the Woodbury Senior Community Center. The Referendum will be held Tuesday July 28 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. also at the Senior Center.
