The Alliance for Safe Kids (ASK) is pleased to announce two upcoming events, the 10th Annual Save A Life on March 22, 2020 at Yorktown High School and #WalkTheTalk on April 18, 2020 at FDR Park. Both of these events support ASK's mission to connect the community to resources on Youth Mental Health, Prevention of Substance Abuse and Opportunities for Thoughtful Service. ASK is offering wonderful opportunities through sponsorship and/or ads in the Community Resource Guide that will bring wonderful exposure and a great return on investment to all businesses that participate.
As ASK is beginning our 15th year of strengthening the community safety net that supports a positive lifestyle by sharing resources with all community sectors to promote Youth Mental Health, Prevention of Substance Abuse and Opportunities for Thoughtful Service, we need the support of the community like never before. ASK received federal funding for 10 years, but that expired in October 2018. If the organization is to remain in the community, bringing in dynamic speakers and programs; and to continue to connect all to much needed resources on a variety of topics, support from the business sector is needed. Please consider a sponsorship, and know that by doing so you are sending a message to the community that says you care about them.
