Yorktown's SpringFest 2020 POSTPONED

Acting out of an abundance of caution, the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce has decided to postpone its very popular SpringFest 2020 from April 25 to a date to be determined later. The festival has become a hit with locals and area residents since its inception in 2018. It brings vendors and performers from all over the Tri County area to town. In a statement issued vie email yesterday the SpringFest Co-Chairs, Lillian Chapman and Perry Gusikoff, wrote:

"Because of the recent changes to our lives from the onset of Covid-19 and its wide reach, we are suspending our April 25th SpringFest event date. We will be monitoring our local news and will work with our community leaders to set a new date when conditions allow. We wish you all the best during this uncertain time and look forward connecting in celebration soon."
