A cancer diagnosis brings a rollercoaster of physical and emotional challenges. Regardless of where you are in your journey, there is anxiety and stress to manage. The unprecedented times we are living in add to the sense of uncertainty and lack of control. Coping during these times requires even greater resilience and support.

This is not an educational program; it is a discussion facilitated by a Support Connection Peer Counselor. Participants can share experiences and openly talk with others facing similar issues. The discussion will include some strategies and resources for self-care and for managing anxiety and stress. The program will conclude with listening to a guided meditation recording, created especially for Support Connection.
