The New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3) have opened their annual NYS Recycling Leadership Awards nomination period. These awards acknowledge those who have worked tirelessly for recycling, composting, reuse and waste reduction initiatives in New York State. Nominees do not have to be a NYSAR3 member.
