Are you ready to buy your first home? What do you need to know, and how to prepare, to reach your goal. In this workshop we will talk about: saving techniques, mortgage basics, first time homebuyer programs, how much money do you need, how to figure out how much you can afford to buy, and the process from start to finish on what to expect. Let's bring your idea into reality!
Ali Alvarez is a real estate agent with Houlihan Lawrence. She has been helping people through the process of buying, staging and selling their homes for many years. She takes a practical, educational approach to the process that is both passionate and fun.
