A vaccine clinic for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine will be held on Tuesday, January 11th from 3:00-6:00pm at the gym in the Albert A. Capellini Community Cultural Center. Appointment must be made, no walk-ins.
Are you Eligible?
Pfizer Vaccine
- If you are looking to receive the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine you must be 12 years of age or older
- If you are looking to receive a booster of the Pfizer vaccine you:
1. Must be 12 years of age and older
2. Received the Pfizer or Moderna initial vaccine series at least 5 months ago OR Received the J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago
Moderna Vaccine
- If you are looking to receive the first shot of the Moderna vaccine you must be 18 years of age or older
- If you are looking to receive a booster of the Moderna vaccine you:
1. Must be 18 years and older
2. Received the Pfizer or Moderna initial vaccine series at least 6 months ago OR Received the J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago
Appointments are made by a first come first serve basis. Once all appointments are scheduled it will read 'No Availability'. You can check back at any point to see if there was a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email when you register which contains the forms and items needed to be brought with you to the appointment.
