On Saturday August 17 from 9:00am - 5:00pm, the Northern Westchester Hospital will host a Childbirth Preparation Class.
The class includes: An overview of Labor & Delivery Signs and symptoms of labor. Early, active & transitional labor procedures, common in-Labor & Delivery Relaxation & Breathing techniques. Cesarean section Ppin medication/epidural management. Post-partum birthing videos and a tour of Labor & Delivery, Nursery & Postpartum facilities. Registration Is Required.The cost of this class is $200 per couple.
