Optimum Service To Credit Customers Automatic

Optimum Update from Supervisor Matt Slater & County Legislator Vedat Gashi:

We are happy to report due to pressure from elected officials across the region Optimum will be proactively crediting all customers who experienced a service outage due to last week's storm.

Customers are no longer being asked to submit a claim for the credit but we encourage customers to check their statements to ensure the credit was properly assessed.

Currently Yorktown has just over 50 customers still without Optimum services.
