2021 Expected Availability

Pre-Season (April 23-May 31): Lots of plants, plus early spring crops. Produce quantities may be limited. Based on pre-season demand last year, we are increasing production of early spring crops, but yields are still highly weather dependent in spring.

Main Season (June 1-October 15): Spring crops still highly productive; main season crops come in at full volume.

Late Season (October 16- November 23): Most warm season crops end with the first frost. Cool-season crops and/or storage crops generally available until season close.

All our produce offerings are grown on site at Hilltop Hanover Farm. Please view our harvest calender for a more detailed overview of seasonal produce availability.
