Our student-run Educated Palate Restaurant luncheon series begins on Thursday, November 21, at 11:45 am in Building E, with a New York Fall Harvest Luncheon and Bake Sale.

March 19: Mediterranean Luncheon
April 23: Spring Fling Luncheon
All luncheons are followed by a bake sale from Pastry Arts students.

To make a reservation up to a month in advance, send a non-refundable check for $25 per person to Educated Palate, Culinary Arts/Hospitality Academy, attention Dawn Michetti, 200 BOCES Drive, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
