Nasa: Astronaut Tips for Living in Close Quarters

One thing astronauts have to be good at: living in confined spaces for long periods of time. “It’s okay to not be okay. But it’s what you choose to do about that that’s important.” Astronaut Anne McClain shares some tips she learned living in the isolated environment of the International Space Station.
