Maloney Announces Community Health Centers in Hudson Valley Awarded Over $2 Million in Coronavirus Emergency Relief Grants

Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18) has announced Cornerstone Family Healthcare and the Ezras Choilim Health Center have received a combined $2.1 million in  COVID-19 emergency relief grant funds through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, made possible through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Both Community Health Centers are non-profit organizations, and provide quality, low-cost health care services for New Yorkers in the Hudson Valley.

“The heroes working in our Community Health Centers are on the frontlines of this pandemic, and I’ve been fighting to ensure they have the resources and funding needed to continue offering care to folks across the Hudson Valley. These grants will help support our health centers and keep them in this fight – and I’ll keep working to ensure they get even more support from the federal government in the coming weeks,” said Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney.

Cornerstone Family Health Care will receive $1,285,325 in coronavirus health center support grants. The Ezras Choilim Health Center will receive $890,615 through the same program.
