Croton Gorge Park To Close Temporarily On May 24th And May 25th

In conjunction with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s temporary closure of the Croton Gorge Unique Area in the Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County Parks is correspondingly closing public access to the adjacent Croton Gorge Park on Sunday and Monday, May 24 and 25.

The closure of the Croton Gorge Unique area is part of DEC's statewide efforts to reduce the community spread of COVID-19 by encouraging New Yorkers to safely and responsibly recreate locally.

Croton Gorge Park will reopen for visitors on Tuesday, May 26.
