Yorktown Police report the arrest of 25 year old Putnam Valley, NY resident, Tyler D. Spice, who is charged with Petty Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Police report that, on January 4th, 2019, PO Hannigan was dispatched to investigate a report of a past larceny at Club Fit that occurred on 01/03/2019 at 5:45 AM. It is alleged that the defendant did enter the Men's locker room at Club Fit and steal personal property valued at $500.00. An investigation was conducted and the defendant voluntarily surrendered himself on 01/18/2019 at 5:20 PM to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.
The defendant was processed on the above charge and later released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on February 19, 2019 at 06:00 pm.
