The Town of Yorktown is partnering with Save Mor Pharmacy who will be administering Flu Shots on Thursday, September 16th starting at 3:00pm at the Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center.

 

Appointments are made by a first come first serve basis. Once all appointments are scheduled it will read 'No Availability'. You can check back at any point to see if there was a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email when you register which contains the forms and items needed to be brought with you to the appointment. To make an appointment please click here.

 

*Those 2 years of age or older are eligible to receive the flu shot. If someone is registered under the age requirement their appointment will be canceled.
