COVID-19 Booster Clinic - Dec. 2nd

A booster clinic for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine will be held on Thursday, December 2nd from 3pm-5pm at the gym in the Albert A. Capellini Community Cultural Center. Appointment must be made, no walk-ins.
Are you Eligible?
1. Must be 18 years and older
2. Received the Pfizer or Moderna initial vaccine series at least 6 months ago
OR
Received the J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago
Appointments are made by a first come first serve basis. Once all appointments are scheduled it will read 'No Availability'. You can check back at any point to see if there was a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email when you register which contains the forms and items needed to be brought with you to the appointment.
