A COVID-19 booster clinic, for children between the ages of 5-11 only, will be held on Wednesday, June 1st from 3:30pm-5:30pm at the gym in the Albert A. Capellini Community Cultural Center. An appointment must be made, no walk-ins.
Are you Eligible?
First Pediatric Booster Dose Eligibility:
- The child between the ages of 5-11 must have already received 2 doses of the Pfizer vaccine with the second dose being at least 5 months ago
Appointments are made by a first come first serve basis. Once all appointments are scheduled it will read 'No Availability'. You can check back at any point to see if there was a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email when you register which contains the forms and items needed to be brought with you to the appointment. *Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
