Robby Klimaytis is a 4 year old boy that was injured in a tragic accident on November 5, 2012. He was visiting with his grandparents in Redding when a fallen tree, from Hurricane Sandy, unexpectedly moved and pinned him for 20-30 minutes. He was brought to the emergency room at Danbury Hospital and sent via Lifestar to Connecticut Childrens’ Medical Center. He has been diagnosed with an anoxic brain injury due to his prolonged time without oxygen. He will need 24 hour home care for the remainder of his life.
Family and friends of Robby are trying to raise money for the significant medical expenses Robby has already incurred and will continue to incur. A Benefit Dinner with Auction and Raffle has been organized for January 19th.
