<p>The United Way of Westchester and Putnam (United Way) is proud to announce the distribution of grants totaling $500,000 to 44 deserving nonprofit organizations across the region. This significant investment in our community demonstrates United Way's commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient Westchester and Putnam. Notably, six of the awarded organizations are receiving funding from United Way for the first time.</p><p>The funds were made available through United Way’s Community Impact Fund, the Emergency Food and Shelter Program, and a partnership with PepsiCo. <p>The Katonah Museum of Art (KMA) is proud to present <strong>Sounds of Summer: Andromeda Turre</strong> on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. This event marks the album release concert and party for renowned jazz musician Andromeda Turre's <em>From the Earth</em>.</p><p>Turre will be joined by a stellar lineup of musicians, including Chien Chien Lu on vibraphone, Chelsea Baratz on saxophone, Richie Goods on bass, Shirazette Tinnin on drums, Fima Chupakhin on piano, and Elisha Henis-Miklosh on synthesizers.</p><p>Bring your friends and family to celebrate summer in the Marilyn M.
