Interstate 684 southbound is now open after a fatal crash early this morning.
According to New York State Police Troop K, at approximately 5:49 a.m., New York State Police from the Somers barracks responded to a two-car fatal motor vehicle collision in the southbound lanes of Interstate 684. As a result of this crash, Southbound Interstate 684 at Route 35 (Exit 6) were closed for several hours causing heavy traffic delays.
